Creative Snow Skin Mooncake
Fusion of Traditional & Modern Snow Skin Mooncakes
Each participant will bag home 1 random cartoon character mould & 1 traditional mooncake mould. Through the 1 hour workshop, participants will learn the techniques and tips to make traditional, marble skin and cartoon shaped snow skin mooncakes.
Fresh Ingredients, Vegetarian Friendly
Each participants will get two (2) coloured skin and one (1) less sweet filling. Choose between premium lotus paste or red bean paste fillings, with added roasted melon seeds. All ingredients used are Halal certified, with no pork no lard.

To ensure freshness of all ingredients, snow skins are prepared 24 hours before our workshop. Do remember to keep them chilled when you received your workshop kit if you are joining in virtually.
